Thanksgiving in Ballantyne

The Ballantyne will be offering two ways to enjoy a Thanksgiving feast on Thursday, November 25 – in their Ballantyne Ballroom and at their signature Gallery Restaurant. 

The Ballantyne Ballroom will offer a special Thanksgiving menu from 10:30am – 3:00pm, where guests can enjoy a bountiful display of seasonal salads, decorative displays, carving stations with regional accompaniments and decadent desserts. Traditional breakfast dishes include Pearl Sugar Waffles; Hickory Smoked Bacon & Sausage Patty; and Omelets to Order. Small dish highlights include Roasted Pumpkin Salad; Toasted Quinoa & Spiced Spaghetti Squash; Hand-carved Prosciutto Ham; and Shucked Oysters. Entrée highlights include Herb Roasted Turkey with Cranberry Sauce & Giblett Gravy; Pastrami Roasted Pork Steamship Round; and Herb Crusted Salmon. Side dishes include Cornbread Stuffing; Yukon Whipped Potatoes; and Grilled Broccolini Almondine. Decadent dessert options include dishes like Pumpkin Cheesecake; Salted Caramel Tiramisu; Caramelia Cream Puffs; Bourbon Pecan Tarts and Apple Streusel. Kids can indulge in dishes like traditional mac and cheese and chicken tenders. Cost is $95* per person, $45* for children, ages 5-12, and complimentary for children ages 4 and under.

The hotel’s signature Gallery Restaurant will feature an a la carte menu with seasonal specials for brunch, from 7:00am – 3:00pm and a 5-course prix fixe menu, from 4:00pm – 10:00pm. Cost is $95* per person. Children 12 and under may dine a la carte off the Children’s Menu. Menu highlights include small dishes like Pumpkin and Saffron Bisque;Crab Stuffed Prawn; Pork Croquette and Pumpkin Gnocchi. Main entrée highlights include Roasted Turkey; Halibut a la Plancha; and Pepper Crusted Ribeye. Desserts include Roasted Pumpkin Mousseline; Pear Tarte Tatin; and Espresso Caramel Gateaux. 

Afternoon Tea will also be available in the Hotel Lobby from 1:00 – 4:00pm. Cost is $45* per person, $25* for children under 12.
